The SMART Initial Assessment is a 2-hour appointment that involves a comprehensive review of your golf and fitness abilities. We utilize a multi-step approach to gather as much information and data as possible to be able to build your customized training program. We learn about you, your history with golf, and your goals for your golf game and fitness abilities as the first step in the process. We will then collect data and take you through a physical screen to understand more about your current swing, as well as your overall fitness level. After the SMART Initial Assessment, you’ll receive an in-depth, completely customized golf report and training program that our team has designed to help you reach your goals.
